Ango: EP To Drop For Summer

Ango. Ango. Ango.

Remember the name. I met Ango, né Andrew MacPherson in 2009 during a Red Bull Music Academy tour stop in Montréal. Who knew this would have forecasted his application and eventual acceptance to the RBMA, the now famed and past London 2010 year.
That then led to a Sonar showcase which ultimately got him a chair @ the Lucky Me dinner table, breaking bread with the likes of HudMo, Mike Slott, Rustie, American Men, Machinedrum, Jacques Greene and Lunice to name a few.
Fast Fwd to 2011, Ango was part of the Canadian RBMA tour, criss crossing the country, performing material from his forthcoming yet to be titled EP. Included will likely be the song recorded w/ Katy B in LDN during RBMA, and a handful of remixes that are due to be confirmed.
So June 21 will mark two very important dates: 1st day of Summer and the official countdown until the Ango EP. So, whilst we patiently wait for these 2 rays of sunshine, just days ago we were treated to a Ango EP teaser. As well, he recently made an appearance @ MTV discussing all things RBMA and Ango.

And the EP teaser...

1. All That You Can Stand (intro)
2. Follow Me
3. Looking For Love
4. Love Me
5. What You Lose

In any case, stay tuned....

Say wrd.
